Collaborate on talent needs and organizational changes

Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution Requirements:
8 years of HR experience with at least 5 in strategic roles
Solid grasp of Canadian and U.S. employment laws
Relevant HR degree and qualified designation preferred
Proven ability to influence and build relationships
Competency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Influence HR practices that ensure Aecon remains a leader in utility infrastructure and community commitment.
