Middle Beach Lodge is currently looking for three energetic and reliable housekeeping staff to join our team with a start date between end August - end of October. The right candidate for this position is an all-around team player with positive attitude and a solid eye for detail.

The Housekeeping Attendant reports to the Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Housekeeping Manager. Preference is given to individuals willing to sign a 4-month contract, with the option to extend.

What You’ll Do:
Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms/cabins while adhering to company standards of cleanliness
To clean and maintain guest common spaces
Clean and maintain hotel public areas
Assist with laundry as required
To safely handle cleaning solutions and properly operate cleaning equipment




Report necessary maintenance items
Clean, stock, and maintain storage spaces
Assist with guest requests as needed
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments

About You:
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Arrives to work on time and is present for all scheduled shifts
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to work safely with a variety of cleaning chemicals
Must be able to work within a team and independently
Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays
SIN card and Visa requirement: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
A valid WHMIS Certification required prior to starting the job
