HSE Coordinator

Lloydminster or Wainwright, AB

Davco Industrial Ltd. is seeking an HSE Coordinator to lead and maintain our Health, Safety & Environmental program.

This position combines safety administration with field engagement. You'll be responsible for maintaining our compliance systems, safety documentation, training records, and COR program while regularly visiting shops, yards, and project sites to support supervisors and interact with workers.

Responsibilities
Maintain Davco's HSE Management System.
Manage ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, and client compliance requirements.
Maintain training records, competency tracking, and orientation programs.
Support COR audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct site inspections, safety observations, and audits.
Participate in incident investigations and corrective action tracking.
Develop and update safety procedures and documentation.
Support supervisors, foremen, and project teams with HSE requirements.
Regularly visit shops and project sites to engage with workers and promote safe work practices.

Qualifications
NCSO designation with COR auditing experience
Experience in industrial construction, oil & gas, energy, or heavy industry.




Experience with HSE administration and compliance platforms.
Knowledge of Alberta and Saskatchewan OHS legislation.
Valid Class 5 driver's licence.

Details
Schedule: Monday to Friday with some overtime
Hours of Work: 40 hour week
Overtime: According to employment standards
Advantages Offered: Eligible for perks after 90 days of employment.
