Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly, energetic demeanor and provide a positive first impression
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and explicit communication, providing information about wait times or menu details
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold high standards of hospitality
Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback to enhance overall guest experience

Experience
Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Experience in customer service roles within hotels or restaurants is a plus
Knowledge of food service procedures and basic hospitality principles will help you succeed
