Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Knowledge of POS systems for order processing
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive guest experience
Understanding of basic food service procedures
