We are looking for an experienced Immigration Case Processing Assistant / Immigration Case Worker with solid hands-on experience preparing Canadian immigration applications and completing IRCC forms.

Responsibilities
Prepare and complete IRCC application forms based on client information and documents
Prepare document checklists and organize supporting documents
Review files for missing documents and information
Upload, label and organize documents for online applications
Maintain client files, records, deadlines and follow-ups
Prepare draft correspondence and supporting documentation for review
Follow IRCC document requirements and application instructions
Keep track of application deadlines, requests and file status
Communicate with clients to obtain required information and documentation




Perform other immigration case-processing and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Canadian immigration file-processing experience preferred
Solid experience completing IRCC forms and document packages
Positive knowledge of Canadian temporary and permanent immigration application processes
Experience working with IRCC online portals and electronic applications
Strong attention to detail
Excellent document organization and file-management skills
Good written and verbal English
Ability to handle multiple files and deadlines
Punjabi and/or Hindi would be an asset

Pay: $18.00-$25.82 per hour
