As a key member of our team, you'll craft and lead specialized programs that cater to the unique interests of our seniors. Reporting to the Director of Resident Programs, this position allows you to create fulfilling experiences that promote social ties and well-being among residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and improve recreational programs for residents
• Organize daily activities for enjoyment and engagement
• Assess individual needs and document feedback appropriately
• Encourage social interaction through planned activities
• Assist new residents in acclimating to the community
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in recreation or related field
• Experience with senior populations
• Understanding of motivation and leisure principles
• Must have work eligibility in Canada
• Explicit Vulnerable Sector Check required
