This role involves technical leadership, L2/L3 support, and in-depth administration of Oracle databases. The successful candidate will champion best practices in backup, recovery, and performance tuning while working closely with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Oracle DBA operations and technical delivery aspects
- Administer database installations, upgrades, and configurations
- Coordinate disaster recovery and high availability setups
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues
- Develop and maintain documented procedures and runbooks Requirements:
- 10-15 years of extensive Oracle DBA experience
- Expertise in Oracle 11g/12c/19c, RAC, and Data Guard
