What You’ll Bring

- 7+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams in a technical leadership capacity
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, leading complex initiatives
- 3+ years of software development background, understanding the development lifecycle
- 5+ years of discipline in project management including scope, schedule, budget, and quality management
- Proven track record managing programs across multiple cross-disciplinary teams, aligning stakeholders, and overseeing release schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in leading high-visibility projects in large tech environments
- Experience working with diverse software engineering or product teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Extensive experience defining KPIs and SLAs to drive business outcomes for multi-million dollar projects
- Ability to develop and implement sustainable processes supporting continuous delivery and improvement




- Familiarity with international expansion and customer experience (CX) strategies

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale technology initiatives that impact acquisition, payments, CX, and international expansion.
- Define project scope, goals, and success metrics, including KPIs and SLAs aligned with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of complex programs.
- Coordinate with engineering, product management, and business teams to identify requirements, manage dependencies, and resolve project issues.
- Implement and improve processes to support scalable, sustainable development and release cycles.
- Track and report program progress to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones and risks.
- Drive continuous innovation by collaborating with teams to identify technical solutions that improve customer experience.
- Manage program risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Additional Requirements:
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus
- Must be comfortable working in a agile, globally distributed team environment
