About the Role

Aria Pack Inc. is a supplier and integrator of packaging machinery, industrial automation, and robotic solutions.

We are looking for a Technical Sales & Service Engineer with strong hands-on experience in electromechanics or industrial machinery.

This is a hybrid position combining technical sales, customer support, and hands-on technical work. The successful candidate will work with customers to understand their needs, develop machinery and automation solutions, prepare proposals, and follow sales opportunities. When required, you will also support our technical team with machine testing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

This is not a desk-only sales position.

Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and sales opportunities.
- Meet with customers and understand their production and automation requirements.
- Recommend machinery and technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and equipment specifications.
- Follow up with customers and manage sales opportunities.
- Work with engineering and production teams on customized solutions.
- Assist with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), installation, and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment when required.
- Provide customer technical support and training.
- Travel to customer facilities as required.

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as an electromechanic,



field service technician, automation technician, industrial maintenance technician, or similar role.
- Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in electromechanics, automation, mechanical/electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Robust mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with industrial machinery, motors, sensors, pneumatics, VFDs, servo systems, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- English and French required.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Assets
- Technical sales experience.
- Packaging or food-processing machinery experience.
- PLC/HMI and industrial automation knowledge.
- Robotics and conveyor experience.
- AutoCAD or SolidWorks experience.

Previous sales experience is an asset but not mandatory. We are open to an experienced technical candidate with strong communication skills who wants to develop into technical sales.
