Besser Company seeks a Technical Sales Support Representative for field operations. Focus on increasing sales of parts & molds while training customers on equipment effectively. As a member of the sales department, you will play a key role in promoting sales and executing technical support tasks.

This job is ideal for those with a background in electrical and mechanical systems in the concrete products industry. You will have the chance to implement improvements that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Promote parts and molds sales to various customers
- Prepare detailed proposals through the business system
- Provide hands-on technical assistance during installations
- Report on product issues and service bulletins
- Train customers on current equipment operation Requirements:
- Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Electrical and mechanical experience is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to travel globally for three weeks per month
