Randstad is seeking experienced FIFO HVACR Technicians for a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. This role offers a unique chance to work in remote northern communities, supporting essential infrastructure and tackling current challenges daily. The ideal candidates will have a Red Seal certification, solid commercial HVACR experience, and a passion for problem-solving in harsh environments.

Wages: $55 - $65 per hour, OT after 40 hours
Rotating schedule: 6 weeks in / 2 weeks out
FIFO (Fly-In/Fly-Out) position

What You’ll Need
Red Seal certification (required)
3+ years of technical and trade experience in commercial environments
Valid class 5 license and good driving record
Able to pass a criminal background check
Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Solid client focus and customer service skills
Physically able to lift up to 50lbs
