Duties
Greet guests promptly with a friendly, energetic demeanor and assist with seating arrangements
Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS and handle waitlists accurately
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information about wait times and restaurant offerings
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold high standards of hospitality
Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience




Support team members in delivering exceptional guest services by demonstrating excellent communication and hospitality skills

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions
Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience working in hotel or restaurant settings is a plus but not mandatory
A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences are essential
