Join the Assembly of First Nations as the Director for Workplace, Water, and Justice. Take charge of advocacy initiatives to enhance First Nations rights and governance.In this strategic role, you will ensure the effective performance of the Setting, Water, and Justice Branch while enhancing relationships with First Nations leaders and external collaborators. A solid track record in managing complex issues related to First Nations governance and justice is imperative for success in this position.Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead planning and implementation of branch initiatives
Develop strategies for national advocacy efforts
Foster relationships with First Nations leaders and partners
Deliver strategic advice to senior management
Track developments in policy and offer strategic insightsRequirements:
Degree in Environmental Science, Law, or related field
Minimum five years of leadership experience
Deep knowledge of First Nations priorities
Experience in managing cross-functional projects
