Collaborate with school administrators and supervisory staff, and take part in key HR processes, including performance management, contract interpretation, and collective bargaining. You'll guide career development initiatives while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary HR contact for school administrators
Manage return to work and accommodation processes




Provide support on performance management and investigations
Participate in collective bargaining and HR committee work
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in human resources or equivalent
Minimum five years of HR experience in a unionized setting
Knowledge of Nova Scotia Labour Standards and Human Rights
CPHR designation is an asset
