Elevate HR functions as a People Business Partner with Ferrero's Canada BU in Toronto. This role involves strategic employee relations, training, and performance management initiatives. As the People Business Partner, you will serve as the primary HR contact for the Canada Business Unit of Ferrero.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing employee relations, guiding recruitment processes, conducting effective training programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Partner with leadership to resolve employee relations matters
Support Heads of Function on HR practices
Manage the allocation and training of recent employees
Minimum of 8 years as a People Business Partner
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field required
