With over a year of HR experience, you’ll work closely with HR Business Partners to meet staffing needs through effective strategies and solutions, ensuring a supportive setting for operational leaders. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee employee attendance and staffing requirements
Implement onboarding and offboarding for personnel
Develop and assess workforce management strategies
Coordinate with HRBPs to meet staffing demands
Facilitate timely HR services for leaders Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of HR experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in HR
Current Class 5 driver’s license
Excellent critical thinking and leadership skills
