Job Summary

Arenavachi Holding is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Specialist to establish and manage practical HR systems across the holding and its companies.

This role is ideal for someone who can build structure in a growing, multi-company environment—not simply maintain existing processes. During the first six months, the primary focus will be developing HR policies, forms and SOPs while improving payroll coordination, attendance management, benefits administration and employee records.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement practical HR policies, forms, procedures and SOPs.
Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance, vacation and leave records.
Coordinate payroll information and employee perks administration.
Support recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and offboarding.
Maintain job descriptions, organizational records and HR documentation.
Advise management on Ontario employment standards and HR best practices.
Support performance-management and employee-relations processes.
Prepare concise HR reports and ensure confidential information is properly controlled.

Qualifications




3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
Strong practical knowledge of Ontario employment standards and HR practices.
Experience developing HR policies, procedures and documentation.
Familiarity with payroll coordination, benefits and attendance management.
Strong organization, follow-up and confidential record-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with HRIS systems is an asset.
Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
CHRP designation or progress toward it is an asset.

What We Offer
Salary of $55,000–$65,000 per year.
