The Client Services Representative position involves the following:
Serving the needs of our clients and their p ets with professionalism and confidence
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointment s
Invoicing and processing payments
Electronic Medical Record-keeping
Communication with clients, veterinarians, and team.
Hospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam rooms and reception area.

The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in c lient service
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to multitask in a rapid-paced setting with a large team
Proficien t computer skills
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferre d
