Responsibilities
Support senior stylists by preparing clients and assisting during hair treatments and styling procedures
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
Greet clients warmly at the front desk, manage appointments, and handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently
Assist with retail sales by recommending hair care products and upselling where appropriate
Ensure the salon environment is organized, tidy, and inviting at all times
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service




Help with inventory management of hair products and salon supplies to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques and salon procedures
Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in a busy environment
Effective communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products naturally
Experience in retail sales or front desk duties is a plus but not required
Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and salon supplies efficiently
