Maple Leaf Foods seeks a HACCP Specialist to enhance training and operational standards in the plant. Drive production efficiency by creating effective Standard Work Programs and learning sessions. In this pivotal role under the Health & Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying training needs and collaborating with plant leaders to implement Standard Work best practices.

Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing organizational knowledge and fostering a culture of ongoing learning among hourly team members. Key Responsibilities:
Lead training needs assessments and design solutions
Develop Standard Work Instructions with cross-functional partners
Train SMEs on instructional development techniques
Monitor training metrics and identify program gaps
Engage teams through effective use of Alchemy tools Requirements:
At least 2 years in production or learning development
Preferred CTDP designation for training expertise
Robust skills in MS Office Suite
Familiarity with Alchemy learning tools a bonus
Proven ability to communicate across teams Advance the learning journey at Maple Leaf Foods and support a culture of production excellence.
