In the Experienced Pharmacist role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of medication within Almonte General Hospital and Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital. You will utilize your clinical expertise to monitor drug usage and inform health care professionals, ensuring secure and effective medication practices in alignment with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Dispense medications and monitor clinical outcomes • Conduct thorough medication management and consultations • Provide training on drug compliance to medical staff • Stay updated on pharmaceutical best practices and regulations • Collaborate with the health care team for patient-focused care

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university • Registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of drug regulations • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Active commitment to professional development in pharmacy
