Your duties will include operating environmental control systems, monitoring seedlings, and providing feedback to management. This physical position requires a commitment to safety and a keen interest in horticulture. Key Responsibilities:
Implement water and fertilization programs as specified
Operate the Argus Environmental Control System
Monitor seedling growth and perform analyses
Inspect for insects/diseases and apply control methods
Maintain accurate records using computerized systems Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Knowledge of greenhouse equipment and climate control
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
