The Health Partnerships
Leader will play a pivotal role in enhancing the clinical training prospects of the School of Medicine. You will collaborate with health authorities, academicians, and Indigenous partners, developing sustainable relationships that address community health needs. Your leadership will directly influence the future direction of medical education at SFU. Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage health partnerships across diverse sectors
Design governance frameworks to support clinical placements
Implement partnership agreements and ensure site readiness
Support the development of creative clinical models
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to resolve conflicts
Requirements:
Master’s degree with seven years of senior management experience
Deep expertise in partnership management within healthcare
Experience in policy development and stakeholder negotiation
Extensive knowledge of medical education and accreditation
Robust strategic planning and project management skills
Make a meaningful impact on healthcare partnerships and education at SFU, shaping future medical specialists.
