We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician II to provide onsite, walk-up, and Level 1-3 technical support to global users.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of IT support experience with Windows, PCs, laptops, servers, and printers
- Robust experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune/MDM, and macOS
- Hardware, software, peripheral, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with IP networks, LAN/WAN,



and network monitoring tools
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Experience handling escalated Level 3 support tickets
- CompTIA A+, ITIL, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Endpoint certification preferred
- SharePoint Online and Power Automate experience is a plus
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
