You will foster a positive learning workplace and monitor student progress during practicum. This part time role empowers students to thrive in their careers with the right guidance and evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
Problem-solve student and staff inquiries daily
Support students in learning HCA duties effectively
Monitor skills during practicum and provide feedback
Complete weekly progress reports for each student
Facilitate completion of practicum checklists Requirements:
5 years of health care experience, preferably long-term care
Required LPN/RN license and CPR certification
Versatile and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
