Fred’s Italian is looking for an experiencedBartender/Server to join our team!

We’re a neighbourhood restaurant servingmodern Italian fare , with a focus on great food, drinks, and warm, genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the bar and on the floor, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to create a excellent guest experience.

What You’ll Do:
Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to our guests
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
Upsell menu items, cocktails, wine, and features naturally
Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
Process guest payments accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area
Work collaboratively with the FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service
Follow all food safety, liquor service, and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum1 year of serving experience preferred
Minimum1 year of bartending experience preferred
ValidServing It Right certification




Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Friendly and confident communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy services
Solid sense of urgency and attention to detail
Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
