This role focuses on executing continuous improvement activities within the SAFe Agile framework. Your contributions will include monitoring performance, documenting workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvements. You will help ensure that operational teams are fully prepared for changes and updates. Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the Operational Readiness pipeline
Monitor operational processes and identify improvement gaps
Collaborate with product stakeholders and operational teams
Estimate cost impacts and prepare reports
Document technical processes and training needs Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience
2–3 years in process improvement roles
Familiarity with Agile environments
