Duties
Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Develop creative menus that highlight fresh ingredients and align with current food trends
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every plate
Manage food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards
Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies,



and maintaining cleanliness
Train team members on food safety protocols, proper cooking techniques, and customer service excellence
Monitor restaurant service to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes to guests

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in a quick-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive food preparation and cooking skills with a solid understanding of culinary techniques
Previous food service experience within the food industry or restaurant management roles
Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective team management skills
Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and proper food handling procedures
Strong background in restaurant experience, including kitchen operations and hospitality principles
Excellent communication skills to serve as a motivating leader and effective communicator within the team

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
