Groundsman – Tree Service

Tree Service Company | Seasonal Part-Time to Full time

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Groundsman to join our tree service crew.

What We’re Looking For
Class 1 or Class 3 Driver’s Licence with Air Brake (Q) endorsement
Previous chainsaw experience
Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding outdoor work
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work well as part of a crew
Previous tree service or landscaping experience is an asset

Responsibilities
Assist with ground operations
Operate and maintain chainsaws and other equipment
Drag, chip, and load branches and logs
Assist with tree removals, pruning, and cleanup
Load and secure equipment and materials




Maintain a clean and safe work site

Compensation & Benefits
$25–$27/hour, based on experience
Seasonal position with part-time to full time hours, depending on workload and availability
Benefits available after successful completion of probation
