HHHub.eu, a fintech company preparing to launch payment processing under an EMI licence, is seeking a Chief Accountant. You will establish and own the accounting function, policies, systems, and controls to support the regulatory reporting needs before launch.
After launch, you will maintain the function, manage audits, and ensure ongoing compliance with Bank of Latvia and related requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role with potential to grow the accounting team as the business grows.
