As an independent contractor, you will teach guitar lessons at our Lesson Centre, ensuring students receive personalized and effective instruction.

We are seeking qualified candidates who have a degree in music or a proven track record of teaching. You will create a agile learning setting for students of all ages, using established curriculum and teaching methods. Key Responsibilities:
Instruct guitar lessons for a broad range of ages
Create and implement tailored lesson plans
Monitor and evaluate students’ progress accurately
Adjust teaching methodologies based on student feedback
Encourage a positive and engaging learning experience Requirements:
Music degree or diploma from an accredited institution
At least Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments
Relevant teaching experience with all age groups
Familiarity with effective teaching strategies
Must be able to operate as an independent contractor Deliver exceptional guitar education and make a difference in student learning at Long & McQuade.
