About Us

We are a property management company that owns and manages several residential buildings in the Wetaskiwin area. We’re looking for a reliable, resourceful, and versatile person to help us with the day-to-day operations and upkeep of our rental properties.

The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings are well-maintained and that tenant requests are handled promptly and professionally. This is a hands-on, diverse position that requires someone who is practical, organized, and comfortable with light maintenance and renovation work.

Main Responsibilities:
Respond to tenant requests and visit the properties when needed to assess and resolve issues
Perform minor repairs as needed, within your skill level (e.g., painting, caulking, light plumbing, basic electrical, replacing hardware, etc.)
Coordinate or dispatch professional contractors for larger repairs when necessary
Visit the properties several times per week to ensure everything is in good condition




Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of common areas (indoors and outdoors)
Ensure the overall good condition and safety of the buildings
Assist in preparing units between tenants (cleaning, touch-ups, small repairs, etc.)

Reliable, independent, and versatile
Hands-on and solution-oriented
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with tenants
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Previous experience in maintenance, renovation, or property management is an asset
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required)

Job Types: Full time, Part-time Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
