We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
Manage reservations and room assignments
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines
Robust hospitality and customer service skills
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Knowledge of guest services in a hotel setting
Multilingual abilities are advantageous
Proficient in phone etiquette
Familiarity with front desk operations
