Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Check guests in and out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with positive attitude and effective problem-solving
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and reservations during overnight shifts
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure all reports are complete and accurate
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable




Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine inspections

Skills
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Solid phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
Bilingual or multilingual abilities to assist diverse guest populations
Previous hotel or hospitality experience highly preferred
Ability to handle guest interactions professionally in high-pressure situations
Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services best practices
Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on hospitality excellence
