With over 5 years of experience in pumping and supervisory roles, you'll manage field operations, enhance customer engagement, and promote safety initiatives across all levels of the team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning and scoping for operations
Supervise and ensure safety in water transfer operations
Act as main contact for client engagement and service
Oversee equipment setup and teardown in the field
Ensure optimal equipment performance through inspections Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in pumping operations in oil & gas
5+ years of supervisory leadership experience
Solid understanding of field equipment and troubleshooting
Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
