Develop strong client relationships for personal lines
Oversee current business, renewals, and endorsements
Review and follow up on underwriting documents
Advocate for clients with insurance carriers
Conduct account reviews to improve offerings Requirements:
Must hold a valid RIBO license
Previous brokerage experience in personal lines
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
