About Us

Sefina Industries is a leading architectural millwork company known for high-quality custom woodwork and cabinetry. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and motivated General Labourer to join our shop team and support our daily manufacturing, assembly, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
Material Handling: Safely move, stack, and organize raw lumber, sheet goods, and finished millwork products throughout the shop.
Loading & Unloading: Assist in manually loading and unloading trucks for incoming material shipments and outgoing deliveries, ensuring care is taken to avoid damage.
Trade Assistance: Assist cabinet makers, and other tradespeople with handling assemblies, hold-downs, and shop machinery setup.
Hand Tool Operation: Safely use basic hand tools (tape measures, drills, clamps, sanders, utility knives) as needed to support production.
Workstation Preparation & Cleaning: Prepare, clean, and organize work stations, tools, and assembly tables for cabinet makers.
Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized,



and hazard-free shop floor by sweeping debris, managing waste, and following all health and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience working in a millwork, woodworking, carpentry, or construction environment is an asset.
Ability to handle physical work, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, standing, and manual labour throughout the shift.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail, solid work ethic, and ability to follow verbal/written instructions.
Punctual, reliable, safety-conscious, and works well in a team environment.
