Duties
Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing to ensure accuracy and safety
Provide excellent patient care by answering questions, offering medication guidance, and supporting medication administration procedures
Maintain organized pharmacy inventory, including stock replenishment and expiration date checks
Process prescriptions efficiently using medical terminology and pharmacy software systems
Support hospital-based pharmacy operations by coordinating with healthcare professionals and managing patient medication records




Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including proper handling of medications and documentation of transactions
Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and answer general health-related inquiries
Commitment to the position for a minimum of 2 years

Qualifications
Prior experience in hospital or healthcare settings is highly preferred
Experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role is advantageous
Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration processes
Demonstrated commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure in a busy environment
Knowledge of pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools is a plus
Certification or training related to pharmacy practice or medical assistance is desirable
