Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a safe work environment
Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times
Perform basic tasks such as lifting, carrying, and stacking materials

Skills
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely in a team setting




Good communication skills to understand directions and collaborate effectively
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
Prior experience in construction or general labour is a plus but not required
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently under supervision
Forklift experience preferred but not necessary
Be able to work in the elements (jobsite is located outside with minimal indoor space)
