Support Classes and Teaching swimmers using our proven Small Steps approach

Building water confidence and real swimming skills

Leading safe, structured, high-energy lessons

Encouraging swimmers and celebrating progress

Communicating with families professionally and warmly

Creating a fun, positive learning setting

Supporting your team and helping the day run smoothly

What We Offer

Warm pools (approximately 90°F)

Small class sizes (up to 3 swimmers per class)

Assistant Swim Instructors

Making Waves Coach Course (we train you)

Schedule

Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available

Minimum availability of 2 days per week required (only required to work 1 day, but need 2 days of availability!)
