We are seeking a motivated and versatile General Labourer/Renovator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various renovation and construction projects, ensuring that work progresses smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help bring building visions to life, from initial groundwork to finishing touches.

Duties
Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and preparation for renovation or construction activities
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to carry out tasks such as demo, framing, drywall, taping mudding, flooring, trim, paint, bathrooms, basements and concrete work.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements
Perform carpentry tasks including cabinet installation, flooring, tile laying, and framing
Apply finishing techniques such as painting, caulking, concrete finishing, or restoration work to enhance project quality
Support plumbing, electrical,



and HVAC installations by preparing materials and assisting skilled tradespeople
Ensure job sites are organized, clean, and safe by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment

Experience
Previous construction experience or hands-on renovation work preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, or construction estimating is a plus
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation enhances performance on the job
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively within a team setting

Own transportation is preferable but not required. Typical work hours is evenings and weekends or on-call days.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
