Summary

Ray-Jans Construction Inc. is seeking a General Labourer to be part of the Superintendent's team at 701 Montreal Rd. Cornwall. A 64 Unit, 5 Storey Apartment Building is under construction. We are seeking an individual who has experience with working at heights, ability to operate a telehandler, scissor lift & articulated boom.

The candidate should also be comfortable with powered tools and working in a commercial workplace. Effective communication and coordination between trades is extremely significant.

Skills & Abilities:

-Minimum 10 years construction experience

-Write and speak in English

-Valid driver’s licence and own transportation

-Experience with trailers & heavy construction equipment

-Punctual and responsible

-Leadership skills





Not Required But Considered An Asset:

-Write and speak in French

-Ability to read & understand construction drawings

-WHMIS, First Aid, Working at Heights, Elevated Platforms certified

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
