We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid knowledge for Landscaping and a passion for outdoor work. This position involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, construction, and general labor. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Use of equipment, including mowers, leaf blowers, aerators and power rakes.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality expectations.
Follow safety protocols while working on job sites to prevent accidents.
Snow removal.
Lawn maintenance ( plant flowers, trees, grass cutting, applying fertilizers).

Requirements




Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driving record.
At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
Able to lift 50 pounds and handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling and climbing.
Works well independently and with a team.
A positive mindset and a robust work ethic.
Skidsteer experience (preferred)
