Lambert Built Ltd. is seeking experienced and skilled framing and forming carpenters to join our dynamic team. As a framing/forming carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the construction of residential and commercial wood frame structures. We specialize in multi-family buildings. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to understand project requirements
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials according to specifications
Have an in-depth knowledge of concrete forming and the systems used
Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roof systems
Collaborate with other team members to ensure productive workflow
Abide by the set systems and standards created at Lambert Built
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, and maintain a clean work environment
Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and durability of completed structures




Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and clients
Understand daily, weekly and project deadlines that must be metRequirements:
In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and precision
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
Solid work ethic and a commitment to meeting project deadlines

Job Type: Full-time: $23.00-$39.00 per hour Medical Benefits after 3 months.
