Duties

As a Framer/Deck Builder Carpenter you will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings and structures. Your primary duties will include:
Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials according to the project requirements
Assembling and fastening materials using hand tools, power tools, and equipment
Collaborating with other construction specialists to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects
Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work area

Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools commonly used in framing projects
Knowledge of various framing techniques and methods
Familiarity with building codes and regulations
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during construction projects
