Become a Field Service Engineer with DRS Pivotal Power in Bedford, Nova Scotia, where you will support mission-critical military technologies.

Your role will include troubleshooting and training in various operational settings. As a key team member reporting to the Supervisor – Repair and Overhaul, you will work directly in the field at customer locations and training sites. Your expertise as an electrical engineer will be applied to resolve technical issues and enhance the reliability of power conversion products. Frequent travel will be necessary for in office support and training. Key Responsibilities:
Execute field repairs and technical support at customer sites
Diagnose issues with DRS-specific military equipment




Collaborate with remote engineering teams for solutions
Provide comprehensive reporting on service activities
Engage with customers for effective service delivery Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
At least 1 year of electrical design experience
EET or P. Eng. designation preferred
Capability to interpret schematics and engineering specs
