Larlyn Property Management seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support its portfolio across Southwestern Ontario. Ideal candidates must be versatile and prepared for on-call emergencies and weekend shifts. In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with various maintenance tasks, including repairs, suite preparations, and property upkeep.

Responsibilities include timely completion of maintenance requests, tackling plumbing and drywall work, and managing landscaping. Strong time-management and customer service skills are crucial for success in this organized position. Key Responsibilities:
Complete maintenance requests efficiently and effectively
Prepare vacant suites for re-renting with repairs
Perform cuts and fixes with plumbing and dryers
Engage in basic landscaping and maintenance of exteriors
Troubleshoot and resolve building issues as they arise Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance services
Previous experience in renovations is a plus
Robust organizational and communication skills
Must provide own tools and have vehicle access
