Join our growing team as a General Labourer and become an essential part of our construction and maintenance projects. This role offers you the chance to work in a driven environment where physical skills in construction, landscaping, and yard maintenance are an asset. As a General Labourer, you will work alongside the Owner/Operator and other employees to create custom landscapes, hardscapes, and other hands-on tasks and bring people's visions to life!

Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading equipment and materials, transporting materials and levelling/preparing work sites.
Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, and moving supplies or tools around the worksites
Operate basic hand tools and lawn maintenance tools in various weather conditions
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
Follow instructions from supervisor to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately

Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.




Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Positive communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Valid driver's licence and ability to get oneself to job sites in the area is an asset.

This position offers an excellent entry point into the construction industry, providing valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals. This role provides lots of opporunity for growth into full time work next season, or the possibility of future contract work if skills and work ethic are up to standard. Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
