Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage service. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment, and have experience in the food industry, we would love to hear from you.

Duties
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the beverage station
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
Process customer payments accurately using POS systems
Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues




Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications
Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
